What’s included—The Return is a four week container including two fortnightly sessions, with integration support in between.

Session one (Week 1)—A three hour deep dive breakthrough experience combining approx. 90 minutes of intuitive coaching and approx. 90 minutes of hypnotherapy, designed to uncover and clear what’s holding you back.

Session two (Week 3)—A 90 minute follow up session to support your integration, provide guidance, and help you step confidently into the version of you, with more.

Plus support & mentorship—I’m with you between sessions via Telegram to help you process, integrate, and move through what’s coming up for you during our time together. I will be available for you Monday to Friday, between 9am and 3pm.

  • You will need to submit an application and free call first so that I can get to know a little bit about where you’re at and what you’re seeking. That way I’m able to confirm that you’re a good fit for me, but also that I’m a good fit for you too.

    If we are a good fit together, you’ll be sent links to finalise payment and book in your three weekly sessions.

  • Through my professional and personal experience, I know the value and importance of doing this work over a period of time, as opposed to just one session.

    That’s why I have created a container that allows us time to go through a healing and integration process, as well as requiring you to have a level of commitment to self, which is just as important.

  • Hypnotherapy, which is a modality that works with the subconscious mind.

  • I’m certified in hypnotherapy, intuitive energy healing, as well as life and spiritual life coaching. But it is through my own personal healing experience that I think I am able to really understand and empathise with my clients, because I’ve been you.

    As well as this, I know I am truly in my purpose, my soul’s purpose. I am here to be of service to others, and help people through their own healing journey’s, similar to my own. This is my life’s work and it literally flows through me and out of me.
